Refund policy

RETURN ELIGILBITY

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging

  • Return/exchange must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date

  • Final-sale items are not returnable

RETURN PROCESS

  • To initiate a return, please email info@inclinedapparel.com with your order number and details about your item. We will provide you with a free shipping label via email and you will need to print the label and shipping back the items. Please pack the item in a securely packaged box with the label clearly affixed.

  • Please ship the item within three days of receiving the shipping label

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. If the return is rejected we will charge your original form of payment the cost of the shipping label we provided.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. The process of exchanges is the same as returns except an item will be given instead of a refund to your original payment.
